Calendar Availability

Controls over calendar check-in and checkout rules 🗓

  • Hospitable is now the source of truth for calendar check-in and checkout availability rules
  • When discrepancies are detected between Hospitable and booking channels’ calendars, Hospitable automatically syncs to override the their data
  • Default check-in and checkout values are now supported and can follow availability settings, bringing availability rules into alignment with prices, availability, and minimum night stays
  • You can learn more about availability rules in this detailed help article

Owner Statements

Choose between net or gross fee reporting for statements 📑

  • Starting October 27, 2025, Hospitable began reporting fees net of host service fees for Airbnb, Booking.com, and Direct reservations, but some prefer seeing gross fees
  • You can now toggle off net fee reporting in their reservation commission agreements, reporting net fees remains the default recommendation
  • To implement this change, you must create a new commission and apply it to your properties
  • You can learn more about how to report and split reservation fees in this detailed help article

Metrics

Improvement to the user interface and creation workflow 📊

  • You’ll see each widget now displays the exact time period and bar charts show the applied filtering breakdown for better clarity
  • Saving has been simplified on the dashboard level with widgets no longer having individual save buttons and any filtering changes triggers an automatic save for the entire dashboard
  • Currency conversion is now highlighted when hosts use multiple currencies, with hover details showing conversion rates

Filter custom codes by usage 📨

  • You can now filter custom codes based on their usage, making it easier to manage a larger numbers of codes

I noticed you have Your Brand and Domain settings for the ability to use our own domains. But are we able to use the domain name that corresponds to the correct property (rather than using one domain for every property)?

Hey Eli, this is a great suggestion, and something we’ve actually though of.

At this point, it’s not possible to use separate domains for properties. I’ll make sure to add a ticket for this, so it’s handled as part of the improvements we’ll do around using custom domains.

I was told that it WAS possible to use separate domains. I have 2 properties with unique urls. Can i create separate websites? They are not in same market so putting them together makes no sense

Hey there, my answer was in regards to sending out emails from separate custom domains, which is currently not possible.

You can definitely add as many domains as you own on Hospitable, and create separate websites for those properties 👍🏻.
