We’ve made a lot of updates this week to help make your day-to-day in Hospitable easier, including new and improved navigation, streamlined operations, and a redesigned mobile app! We’re also excited to announce Optimize for Airbnb and have increased the speed for the Inbox to load your messages.
Airbnb
Get more from your Airbnb listings with Hospitable's optimize feature 🏦
- We are the first property management software to launch Optimize for Airbnb (O4A)
- This is a pilot program where Airbnb identifies high-demand dates for your listing and rewards you with a 1% rebate on qualifying stays
- You can choose which dates within the identified window to offer exclusively on Airbnb, and we take care of automatically blocking them on all other channels and notifying Airbnb
- There is no manual cleanup needed as unbooked dates will automatically reopen to all channels once the booking window closes
- This pilot program runs through September with future iterations planned, and is currently rolling out to the first 2,000 active hosts on a single property
Navigation
New navigation is live and pushed for all users 🧭
- Our more streamlined navigation has now been pushed out to all users
- You’ll find it easier and quicker to find what you need, like reservations, messages, the calendar, and more specific features that were previously in submenus
- You can no longer switch back and forth from the new and old navigation
Operations
Automatically invite new teammates to Hospitable Tasks 💌
- We now send invites to Hospitable Tasks automatically when new teammates are added
- This helps ensure new teammates have immediate access to Hospitable Tasks
New tab to manage property details and commission agreements 📑
- You can now access a dedicated setup page for each property in your business
- View a timeline of ownership and commission changes for each property
- Create, edit, duplicate, and delete commission agreements in one place
- Easily swap or schedule commission agreements using an existing one as a template
- You’ll manage ownership transfers and view statements for each property here too
Secondary users with full access can manage API, MCP, and integrations 🔐
- Full-access secondary users can manage vendor connections like primary users
- They can also create their own API tokens for accessing the Public API
- They can also connect to the Hospitable MCP using their own account
- These secondary users cannot see or manage a primary user’s API tokens
Mobile App
New version update: Hospitable iOS 1.1.6 📱
- Self-healing web sessions that automatically recover from bad states to prevent blank or frozen screens
- Inbox design improvement to give more space to messages
- My Business page redesign to clearly list businesses and color coded bands highlighting actions that need to be taken
- Improved bottom bar navigation and more horizontal space on all pages for a cleaner look
