Great news: paying your owners just got way easier. You can now schedule payouts to your owners directly from Hospitable when you publish their monthly Owner Statements.

Here’s how it works:
- Connect your bank account to your business
- Invite your owners to connect their bank account in their Owner Portal
- When you publish a Statement, we’ll prompt you to schedule a payout

Here’s what it costs:
- 🎁 Owner payouts are free for the rest of the year.
- Starting January 1, 2026 you’ll continue to have one free payout run per account every month. A payout run consists of one withdrawal from your account, and an unlimited number of owner distributions based on the published Statements in that payout run.
- Subsequent payout runs will be charged a 1.5% service fee, capped at $5.

We’re working on expanding into more countries, starting with:
- 🇨🇦 Canada
- 🇪🇺 European Union countries
