Your owners can now book their own stays directly in the Owner Portal—no more manual requests for you to manage.

  • âś… Enabled by default for all newly configured portals

  • ⚙️ For existing portals, you’ll need to enable this option to allow owner to add stays

  • đź”’ Manage permissions easily under the Owner Portal tab in your Business settings, or for individual owners under the Owner tab

Hello ​@The Orange Cabins! We’ll likely bring the concept of Owner Stays to the Pro plan one day. That will allow Hospitable users to create Owner Stays similar to how they create Manual reservations today.

But Owner Stays from the portal (where the Owner adds the stay themselves) will stay within the Mogul plan.

When I am viewing the Owners Portal from my end to “Preview Owners Portal” the calendar function/option is not there even though it is enabled. I have gone round and round on this and can visually see what the Owners would see as far as their calendar goes in their portal. Please advise...

First off — love the new feature that allows owners to book their own stays directly via the Owner Portal. It’s a great addition and saves a lot of manual coordination!

 

However, I noticed that when an owner books a stay, they receive an automatic confirmation email that includes the line “This message was sent using hospitable.com.”

 

 

For agencies like ours that operate fully white-label, this can be problematic. We invest a lot in building a professional, branded experience for our owners and guests — and revealing the backend platform breaks that seamless impression.

 

I completely understand that Hospitable wants visibility and new customers, but it would be great if we had a toggle to disable or replace that footer line in emails sent via the Owner Portal.

 

Is this something that could be added to the roadmap? I’m sure many other property managers who operate under private-label setups would benefit from this option too.

Agree- if I’m paying that much for Mogul (and I’m not yet , but eventually will) it needs to be completely branded with my company and nothing else.Â
