Rule-sets added with advanced settings 📆
- You can now configure enhanced rule-sets through the sidebar, including the ability to create, edit, and delete them
- Create rule-sets for discounted rates, minimum, or maximum night stays for any dates
- Price markups and markdowns are applied regardless of whether the pricing method was added manually, through an integration, or by our Dynamic Pricing
- You can use the "Apply rule-set" button to select or create a rule-set to be applied immediately
- You can use the "Manage rule-sets" to quickly update a rule-set you've already applied to specific dates
Minimum-stay color indicator description 📚
- We added a section that explains the color-coding system (Green/Grey/Red) used in the minimum-stay sidebar
- You’ll better understand what each color represents when previewing your minimum stay changes
Direct
Enhanced multilingual experience on your site 🔣
- Added a "Show original" link to translated reviews, allowing potential guests to view the content in its original language
- The link appears in the respective language of the original review
- Property names are also translated to help increase conversion
Rule-set discounts are now applied 🗓
- Direct now processes rule-set discounts, including custom length-of-stay, early-bird, and last-minute discounts
- The automatic discount logic now matches Airbnb's priority system, where length-of-stay is highest and property lead-time is lowest

- We’ve improved loading speeds for header images and logos on Direct sites
- Images are automatically resized (300px for logos, 1600px for headers) and converted to WebP format, reducing file sizes dramatically

Cleaning fee exclusion for cohost setup 🧽
- You can now configure your commission to exclude cleaning fees for Airbnb reservations on statements and invoices
- This addresses cases where the cleaning fee doesn't go to you or your cohost
