Rental Agreements

Easier for guests to fill fields and sign agreement 🖋️

  • We've implemented user-friendly improvements to streamline the rental agreement signing process in the Guest Portal⁠⁠​
  • Guests will save time by clicking Enter to save signatures, autoselecting the first signature font, and autofocusing on fillable fields
  • The agreement page is updated with a sticky footer containing the Sign Agreement button
  • The mobile experience is improved with a better layout with an optimized signature button

Direct

Display a review carousel on your Direct site 💌

  • Potential guests can now quickly see all the five-star reviews on your Direct site
  • We've added arrows to the left and right of your reviews so guests can quickly scroll and be impressed by your hospitality
  • This design update has been implemented for all of our website templates

Metrics

Importing reviews from Booking.com 📊

  • Though reviews in Booking.com are on a 10-point scale, we normalize them to fit in with the displayed 5-point system
  • We've also added new scoring categories for facilities, services, and staff

Security Deposits

Damage detection reminder ‼️

  • We now review conversations to look for any damage that may have happened during a guest's stay
  • If we detect something may have happened and don't have security deposits set up, we'll gently remind you to add them for your property
  • This will help you protect your property the next time damage happens during a guest's stay
