Public beta is live for Direct Premium bookings 🏦

  • You can automate the collection of security deposits from guests who book through your Direct site
  • Go to your property's settings, go to pricing, and set the amount you want to collect under the Hospitable Security Deposit option
  • We collect the deposit two days before check-in and release it two days after check-out
  • We will notify your guests, automate the collection, and include chargeback protection

Buy a custom domain within Hospitable 🌐

  • You can now buy your very own domain right within Hospitable
  • If you're not as tech-savvy, this completely removes the pain of registering your domain and managing your DNS settings
  • Soon, you will be able to send emails from your custom domain bought through Hospitable
  • You will also soon be able to transfer your external domains into Hospitable

Push notifications for sentiment analysis labels 🚨

  • Mogul users will now be alerted on their mobile devices when we detect an issue with a guest and generate a label for the booking
  • When you open the push notification, it will take you straight to the conversation to address the issue with the guest
  • Be sure to have our mobile app downloaded to receive these push notifications

Booking.com

Syncing Booking.com listings is more intuitive 🗓️

  • It's now easier to do a full channel sync when your Booking.com account is the lead channel
  • We've updated the time before we sync listing details, making it more in line with Booking.com's supported settings

Guest Experience

Delete pending review replies 🗑️

  • You can now delete review replies that are sitting in a drafted state
  • This will help you clean up old review replies that may not be relevant anymore

Smart Devices

Easier to understand the thermostat settings 🌡️

  • If there is an active temperature schedule and the guest updates it, we will now display Guest Controlled instead of Manual Setting
