Delay mode for auto-reply messages ⏱
- Inbox AI Auto Reply can now be set to delay before sending
- Your AI reply message is generated and then waits for a set amount of time before sending
- The prepared message sits in the message input field in the conversation
- You can review and edit the message and optionally cancel or send it immediately
Cancel an active auto-reply message ❌
- You can now cancel a message when it is in the process of being drafted and still visible on the conversation page
Updated settings layout ⚙️
- The settings for Auto Reply templates are more intuitive to navigate
- We've grouped options conceptually under three tabs: settings, timing, and scope
- Auto Reply settings are now also auto-saved on any changes
Inbox AI can recognize photos 🖼
- Photos shared in conversations, whether by guests or hosts, can train the AI to provide better answers
- It'll take into account the last three photos shared when crafting a message
Knowledge Hub
Add missed Knowledge Hub items from the Inbox 🧠
- We now check when you edit AI-generated messages and add any missing information you include to the property's Knowledge Hub
- This could be updates to policies, locations of items, or any updated local knowledge
- This is currently released for Mogul users
Guest Verification
Reviewing suspected status after guest vetting 🧐
- We've replaced the ‘Accept’ button on the booking with a ‘Review’ button, which opens the guest verification dialog for you to review
- You'll now accept or reject the booking there, but also can from the guest verification window
Dynamic Pricing
Secondary users can edit Dynamic Pricing 🧮
- You can now set permissions for secondary users to edit Dynamic Pricing settings
- This is only if the primary user has already enabled Dynamic Pricing for the property
Smart Devices
Add Thermostat buffer settings 🌡
- You can now change the two-hour buffer to any amount of time you want before check-in and after check-out
- This gives you more control over the thermostat's behavior and can result in even more energy savings
