  • The task asks for basic contact information, including name, email, and phone number
  • It also contains two checkboxes asking guests if their information can be used for stay-related information and/or marketing purposes
  • This will ensure the guest information collected is correct and avoid issues with other guest portal interactions
  • It will appear as the first task for guests to complete and is available for Direct and non-Direct bookings as long as there is another check-in task pending, like a rental agreement
