  • Switch to the Notes mode, and when you use the @ symbol, you will see a list of the people you can mention
  • Users will see an unread mention in the Inbox when they log in, but it will be removed once it's been seen

  • Cleaning and linen fees are now refunded proportionally according to the cancellation policy, not always in full
  • This simplifies refund calculations and aligns with Airbnb's approach

  • When a guest verification is suspected or approved, you will be notified on the mobile app
  • This will allow you to take immediate action to approve or reject the booking, rather than waiting to see the email

Owner Statements

  • You can now add a tax percentage (VAT, GST, HST, etc.) on top of their commission rate, which applies to the commission plus the flat fee
  • Tax details appear in the statement's reservation table, summary, profit/loss report, and QuickBooks integration
  • This feature helps you comply with tax regulations in various regions, like the 21% service tax in the Netherlands
