Autopilot cleanings have even gotten smarter! You can now book a cleaner at the last minute and ensure your property is always clean for your next guests! Bad reviews about cleanliness are in the past!

 

Operations

Ad-hoc Autopilot Cleanings 🧹

  • If you need a cleaner ASAP for one reason or another, you can now have one ready and at your property the day before needing them
  • Simply go to your calendar, go to the task view, edit the cleaning, and choose the new date you need a cleaner at your property
  • You must make these edits 24 hours before the cleaning task is scheduled to take place
  • We will find a cleaner in the marketplace and send them the details you've already provided for the original cleaner
  • They can still update you before, during, and after the cleaning, and payment will be seamless

Check the policy before removing cleaning 🧐

  • Before we automatically remove the autopilot cleaning, we will first check your cancellation policy
  • This means you will always have a clean property, even if a booking is cancelled during a stay or against your policy
  • If there is a fee, we will pull the needed information into a modal for you to review

Inbox

Create internal notes to team members 📒

  • You can now tag and leave internal messages for your teammates or anyone invited onto your Hospitable account
  • Switch to the Notes mode, and when you use the @ symbol, you will see a list of the people you can mention
  • Users will see an unread mention in the Inbox when they log in, but it will be removed once it's been seen
  • This feature is in beta right now, so be sure to have beta features enabled in your account's settings

Show discount amount rather than percentage🧾

  • When a guest uses a discount code when booking, they will now see the total amount saved rather than the percentage
  • This will clear up much confusion and help you convert more guests to book directly
