I’m excited to announce that you can now access both Owners and Owner Statements through the Hospitable Public API and MCP, making it easier to power accounting workflows, owner portals, and custom reporting. Whether you're building your own integration or connecting Hospitable with external tools, you can now retrieve the owner and statement data you need directly from the API.
What's included:
Owners
- Retrieve owners for your team
- Access owner details, including name, company or individual, contact information, and address
- Include owner summaries when retrieving properties
Owner Statements
- Retrieve owner statements and invoices
- Filter by owner, property, or status
- Access statement totals, reservation breakdowns, and adjustments
- Use our standard Money object for consistent financial data
Common use cases
These endpoints are ideal if you're building:
- Accounting integrations
- Owner portals
- Custom financial reports and dashboards
- Internal operational tools
Availability
The Owners and Owner Statements endpoints are available today through the Hospitable Public API and MCP.
To use these endpoints you'll need:
- A Mogul account
- The appropriate OAuth scopes (
owner:readandowner_statement:read) or a Personal Access Token
