Owner Management
Split Payouts for seamless owner relations 🔀
- Hospitable is the first property management software to let you natively split your payouts hassle-free between owners and managers
- The payout can now occur automatic for owners and managers at check-in, making sure everyone gets paid promptly

Display nightly rates in Owner Portal 🗓
- You can easily enable displaying nightly rates in the Owner Portal calendar
- It is an opt-out feature by default, giving you the option to turn off this feature if desired
- This provides more transparency for property owners and helps them collaborate with informed decisions about their rentals
Hospitable Tasks
Pay off platform for task payments 💵
- You can now mark task payments as “Pay off platform” to show you’ve paid teammates outside of Hospitable
- By choosing this option, Hospitable will not top up, payout, or auto-approve the payment, and any reserved funds will be released to your balance
Documented teammate photo evidence 🖼
- We’ll now generate unique links for teammates' uploaded images
- The page will include the property location, time taken, device used, and map view
- This helps you when you need to submit evidence to insurance and damage claims
Home Dashboard
Daily Operations date filtering 📆
- You can now customize your Daily Operations view on the dashboard, not just in the details modal
- Choose between week, monthly and custom date filter views for a more personalized experience
- Your preference will be saved for the next time you visit the dashboard
Guest Portal
Share Wi-Fi information with guests 🛜
- Your property’s Wi-Fi details are now available in Guest Portal
- You’ll no longer have requests for Wi-Fi password as it's right there in your house rules
- Guests will be able to access Wi-Fi network and password from check-in to checkout
Improved rental agreement fillable fields 📑
- Guests can more easily input data into fillable fields on rental agreements
- When they click the fillable field, the agreement will now smoothly scroll to the input field on the agreement
Listing Management
Updated mapping of Airbnb bedding properties to Vrbo listings 🛏
- Your Airbnb couch beds will now be mapped as single sofa beds on Vrbo
- This won’t change mapping for sofa beds, which will still appear as double sofa beds on Vrbo
- Vrbo also started differentiating between cribs and child beds for more accurate bed type listings
- Your Airbnb toddler beds will now be mapped as child beds on Vrbo instead of cribs
- Existing Vrbo listings will automatically update with the new mapping on the next daily sync
- This will provide more accurate information for guests when booking one of your Vrbo listings
