Listing Management is now live for all users ๐
- You can now manage your Airbnb, Booking.com, and Direct listings all from within Hospitable
- Updates made to details, availability, pricing, and booking policies will be pushed to the respective channel
- The listing menu pages are also updated with tabs for each subcategory, making it easier to navigate

- On your property's page, you will now see a badge next to your listing saying if it is fully managed or partially managed by Hospitable

Operations
Quickly access ad-hoc cleanings on the calendar ๐งน
- On your single property calendar view, you can now quickly click a button in the top right that directs you to schedule an ad-hoc booking
- Users who are located in the US and are not on a legacy plan will see this button
- You will see that you will save $40 on your first ad-hoc cleaning, and your 8th cleaning is free

Better timestamps on cleaning notifications โฐ
- Messages display a date and time next to them instead of days or hours, making it easier for you to know when something was sent
- The timestamps will be displayed in the timezone where the property is located
Upsells
Indicators for pending and purchased upsells ๐๏ธ
- It is now easier to find the reservations that have pending upsells and those where guests have purchased upsells
- You can now use a filter in the Inbox to quickly sort your bookings based on pending upsells

Collaborate with your team with Notes ๐
- Keep your team up to date on any activity that needs to happen before, during, or after a reservation
- You can mention teammates directly in the note to ensure they get notified
- This is available to all users on a Host, Professional, or Mogul plan

Owner Statements
Owner Statements Fee Reporting Update ๐งพ
- Owner Statements now show fees after host service fees are deducted, rather than the amount the guest paid, for better separation of service fees from individual fees
- The party responsible for the host service fee, according to the commission agreement, receives the benefit of any markup applied to offset that fee
- This change applies to reservations booked after October 27 on Airbnb, Booking.com, Direct, and Agoda, where we manage fees
- For Vrbo reservations, fees are still reported as the guest paid them, since Hospitable doesn't manage fees on Vrbo listings yet
- Reservations with cohost payout setups on Airbnb will continue to show the full fee amount with service fees separated out
