Alterations in the Guest Portal ✏️
- Vrbo booking alterations are now managed in the Guest Portal, allowing guests to review and approve or reject alteration requests you send them
- They will receive an automated Vrbo message and email with a direct link to the Guest Portal for easy access
- Like usual, you can request alterations and adjust dates, guest count, pricing, and expiration period
- We will asynchronously charge the guest's primary payment method once the alteration is approved
- In the case of a payment failure, guests are prompted to update their payment method before trying again
Vrbo discounts and promotions 💙
- You can now set up discounts when using the Vrbo Partner Connection
- Choose from various promotion types, including early booking, last-minute, mobile-only, tiered discounts, blocked dates, and more
- Each promotion type supports percentage discounts and date-range overrides
- If you were previously on the Vrbo Legacy Connection, you will have your configuration pre-populated

- You’ll now be notified when a payout run charge fails to pay your teammate's tasks
- Easily access the payout run section in the task overview to retry any failed charges
- You will also receive an email informing you of the task, teammate, and payout amount
Generate recurring tasks up to 12 months 🗓
- You can now schedule tasks to recur every 12 months, instead of the previous 6 months
- This is perfect for creating yearly tasks, such as certificates or inspections

- We’ve now organized your bank accounts and Stripe accounts with separate tabs
Task overview table improvements 🧺
- We’ve simplified the layout with new tabs, including Reported Issues, for tasks with raised issues, and Require Assignment, for tasks without an assigned teammate

Booking widget payment error state 📆
- If your Stripe payout method is unable to take payments, the booking widget will show an error state instead of disabling the request to book button
- This will help you understand why the widget is blocked and take action to resolve any issues with your Stripe payout method
