Upsells for every booking channel

Guests can now purchase premium add-ons through any of your booking channels, including Airbnb, Booking.com, Vrbo, iCal, and even manual blocks. Just drop the upsell smart code into your messages, and our AI will insert personalized offers through the guest-portal link. Add photos, quantities, and descriptions to showcase your brand and style.

Automate your security deposits

We now automatically schedule deposit holds two days before check-in and release them two days after checkout. Funds from the guest must be secured before check-in instructions are sent. We take care of reminder and confirmation messages automatically. All deposits include ID verification and chargeback protection to ensure you are always in control!

Collect guest details in rental agreements

You can now use fillable fields with your rental agreements to collect guest information, like phone and license plate number. You can also include an optional ID verification for only $2/reservation. Customize reminders, require or skip agreements per listing, and block check-in instructions until complete, ensuring your properties are always protected.

Exciting improvements to owner portals

Owner Portals are now live, giving you an automated, read-only dashboard you can share with your property owners. No need to create and export spreadsheets or forward payout summaries. Each branded portal shows financial statements, guest details, and booking stats, without needing to give owners access to your account. Explore our owner portals more in this interactive demo.

Can we download the rental agreement information or automate to go into Mail Chimp?

 

A: Yes, signed rental agreements can be downloaded as PDFs. Once a guest signs a rental agreement, you can access and download it from the "Signed Agreements" tab in the Guest Experience section.

Additionally, in the inbox, for any reservation that has a signed rental agreement, you can also download a copy of the PDF from the Guest Portal section in the sidebar. 

Regarding the Mailchimp, it is not possible yet, but it will be possible in the future.

Question from Sa Mi:

1) Can you fix the cropping issue of the main photo on the Rental Agreements page? It's basically cropping the photo in half.

2) How do guests pay for Premium Add-Ons? Is there an option to send them to AirBnb's "Extra Services" to pay there?

3) Security Deposits - "We take care of reminder and confirmation messages automatically." Can we get a copy of those messages sent to us? Do we have the ability to dictate the frequency and when those messages go out, as well as the language used in the messages?

4) Can we require Rental Agreements on one platform but not another?

5) All deposits include ID verification - Is this mandatory? Can I still collect a security deposit without requiring ID verification? If not, why not?

6) Is there a way to capture the fillable field information (i.e. Guest's Email) and automatically export it somewhere?

7) In addition to Buffer time for Upsells, are there any plans to add conditionals to Upsells? For example - Only display an upsell if there is no guest checking out the same day.

8 ) In regards to collecting and remitting taxes for Direct Premium - as you expand to more states - is this mandatory? If I want to collect and remit the taxes myself, do I still have the option to do that?

Can we download the rental agreement information

The other options coming in a matter of days (🤞🏻) is that the data collected via rental agreements will be available via Hospitable’s API and our Zapier integration so you’ll be able to set up custom automations.
