Hi Hospitable Team,

I recently integrated my listings with VRBO, but the system automatically forced all my booking types to "24-Hour Review." Even after manually changing my settings to Instant Book, a booking request came through that requires approval.

There is currently no option or button in Hospitable for me to accept this request. Additionally, it has been over 24 hours without access to a human support agent. Please advise on how I can accept this request before it expires.

Hi @arlene! I can see that the guest submitted the stay request again, and it was accepted successfully.

If you enabled Instant Book less than 24 hours before the booking came in, that could explain why you still had to confirm the reservation. Vrbo syncs these settings every 24 hours, so there can be a delay before the change takes effect.

If there wasn't a button to accept the request, our Support team will be able to investigate further. I can see you already have a ticket open with them, so they'll be able to look into the details and provide an update.

P.S. It seems Instant Book is not enabled. To do so, head to Property > Availability > Instant Book. 💜
