When someone books,, cancels, changes, all the cleaners Get notified as a team. Not good. Too much communication when it doesn’t pertain to them specifically creates confusion and sometimes jealousy when another Cleaners is getting the tasks and they are reminded that they aren’t. Communication should be granular to that specific person if it pertains to them.
