Hi!
I am cohosting with the owner of A property. Right now she’s giving me full access so I can see all incoming guest and messages. However All notifications are going to the owner and not to me when guest are messaging so I’m not able to see them. They are not going to my email or notifying me on the app. Is there something we need to do on our end to resolve this so  Both of us can be notified when messages are coming in and bookings?

is this an Airbnb listing? On the Airbnb side you might need to make yourself the “primary host.” It can’t be done on the Hospitable side.

Hey Rachelle, yes you should be able to enable notifications for yourself and the owner. The Hospitable app notifications are unique to your device and account settings. So the owners notification settings have nothing to do with the cohosts notification settings.

First thing I would check is notification settings on your device. Make sure notifications are enabled for the Hospitable app.

To turn on email notifications, go to Settings > Preferences > Notifications.

If both of those don’t work then it may be account set up issue, your device is opted out, or the emails are bouncing. In that case, you may need to contact support.

I’m happy to take a look at your account if you can’t figure it out. Contact me at kevin@vaycaay.com.
