Having difficulty with messaging and finalizing setting up 6 properties

Hello, are there any managers out there that can help me get my 6 properties online.  I would be happy to pay whatever needed to get completed.  I signed up with rapid rollout but have only had one session.  I booked the 2nd but somehow was then told the appt was double booked so got bumped to next week.  I have alot of the work done but need help fine tuning.  I want to get it right out of the gate.
