I am just curious why it is impossible to get any customer service. I have had an open ticket since Friday, I pay extra for WhatsApp service which I created the ticket Friday and still have had zero response. Is this ever going to change? This is not the first time I’ve had this issue with no response.

I agree. I love Hospitable but timely help has been an issue for a VERY long time. I’ve expressed my concerns many times and the only improvement has been their AI chat “smarty”. I have had several issues I was not able to correct myself (it wasn’t an option, someone at hospitable had to fix the issues). Both instances left me very vulnerable since it was not fixed until after both guests had come and gone. NOT ACCEPTABLE.

Hi both! Since the Vrbo release launched, the volume of inquiries Support has received has been much higher than expected, and it's unfortunately created a significant backlog for our team. Team is working hard to get back to everyone as quickly as possible and truly appreciate your patience while we work through it.

Unfortunately this has been an issue for a very long time, much longer than the VRBO roll out.
