I have been managing 5 houses for about 7 years now and am looking to expand. I have a great team- handy men and cleaning crew, and I feel we are ready to take on another listing. I have tried going through Airbnb to find hosts but I wondered if there’s any other way to connect with prospective hosts in my area?
I split my time between two cities and also wondered if anyone else manages properties between two separate towns a distance apart that is further than Airbnb’s 60 mile radius? I would like to start co-hosting in this second city I spend time in but am limited by Airbnb. Would love to hear peoples experience with this and how they picked up more gigs.
