Hey team, is there any work around to invite multiple people to the same owners portal? Having this feature would be great as well since a lot of my properties involve multiple investors.

Multiple Owners for one property

Short answer: not yet. Today, each property can be linked to a single Owner in Hospitable, and each Owner has one portal login.What you can do right now:
- Set the Owner as the investing entity (e.g., the LLC), then let them share access internally as they prefer
- Download owner statements as PDFs from Operations → Owner Management, and share them with additional investors
- If you only need an internal teammate to help, you can add a Secondary user with access to Owner Statements, but this is best for trusted internal staff rather than external investors
It doesn’t appear that currently there’s a way to invite multiple owners (different emails) to the same listing. One possible workaround is to create a general email for the property (ie. propertyname@gmail.com) and have all the owners log into the portal with that email. But not sure how unsatisfied they may be with having to use a generic email instead of their own personal one.
