Advisors are actively looking for fresh destinations for their clients, and Texas keeps coming up. Historically, advisor demand has been for Hill Country (Fredericksburg and the wine country), Austin, San Antonio, and the Gulf Coast, but we're not limited to those areas at all. Larger properties are especially in demand, since so much advisor business is group travel: family reunions, wedding parties, and corporate retreats that need room to spread out.
We're looking to add up to five Texas properties to our Launch Partner Program as part of our Hospitable rollout. We're being selective here: launch partners are the high-quality properties that advisors will see first when they come to Travina, so they set the tone for the whole destination. We already have many advisors waiting for us to roll this out, and launch partners get free placement on Travina through the end of 2026 while we grow Texas together.
