For the City of Seattle, question about child listings and STR Unit Amendment

Hi Seattle hosts,

I have a question about whether I need to do a Unit Amendment with my STR license if I want to create a child listing for my property. It’s my primary home, and I want to make just the main floor a child listing, rather than allow guests to also use the lower level.
