I have built, using Claude code, a skill and an app that looks for comparables of my beach condo and update pricing automatically. I have just started it, and am refining it. For now, it pulls competitor urls using the Playwright MCP server from airbnb, vrbo, booking.com and local property managers. It compares same day pricing for each out the units and then makes updates based on some rule sets.

It also automatically reduces the pricing 25% for the next 2 weeks. It then emails me a report. Here’s an example of the report:

This is a cool idea on top of dynamic pricing, which is already working well. Here, you can set specific, similar-looking properties to define your own market. We also do daily checks in addition to dynamic pricing to make sure our rates stay aligned with our main competitor and I had idea in mind to give it our competitors list for a daily check.
