We’re getting 85-90% occupancy on AirBnB. But VRBO has absolutely ZERO bookings. Listings are as identical as can be, dnyamic pricing is synced. Is anyone else facing the same issue?

It’s always evolving @P-Ranchers - As @Scottm suggested, if you have an email from your VRBO Account Manager setup an appointment to hear them out. Then, put on some (or all) of their promotions. We have many of them running and just upcharge the entire listing via markup so it evens out. We did see a spike after a call and promotions on for a month or so. One might envision a backend switch that promotes those listings after such engagement. Just a theory! Hope it works out b/c a balance is healthy.

Here are my numbers for 2025 YTD per channel on 3 STR in Vermont, taken from the Metrics screen.

We just enabled Booking.com in January and I’ve been surprised at the amount of bookings it brings in. VRBO is almost non-existent. One trend we’ve noticed with VRBO is that people LOVE to book big expensive vacations in the future and then cancel them. Very few follow through.

Wow strong booking.com numbers. I’m about that with VRBO but took a year or two to ramp up.
