- Go to your Messages on Airbnb (via desktop or mobile app).
- Select the conversation with the suspicious guest.
- Click the three dots (•••) in the message window.
- Choose “Report this message.”
- Select the reason for reporting (e.g., spam, suspicious behavior).
- Provide any additional details if prompted.
- Click Submit.
You’ll also have the option to block the user from messaging you again
