I signed up for the basic plan with INtellihost and considering putting a property with them to manage my rates. Wanted to check here first to see who is using them?

Intellihost is not a dynamic pricing provider integrated with Hospitable. I am not sure how they support the pushing of pricing to your booking platforms, as they don’t feature any integrations with property management software. We would gladly work with them.
A warning, though:
A few weeks ago Airbnb sent a (very unheard of) communication to Airbnb hosts that have been using Intellihost:

+1Good info! I was considering using them for pricing only, while keeping pricelabs intact (for other settings).
+1I asked INtellihost - they said they are doing away with the co-hosting and using a chrome extension. I am not smart enough to know the difference and if this satisfies Airbnb. I know Rankbreeze does the same.
We are using Intellihost and do love the analytics it provides. The chrome extension way is safe. IN previous method you had to add them as co-host and I did no like that approach and that’s the one Airbnb flagged because they though the product was scraping data.
A more recent update: Intellihost went free. They seem to have enough revenue from their other services that the software solution itself is free. Give it a spin definitely
+1I am paying for their basic service right now…. I think about $40 for 2 properties - comparable to RankBreeze.

They push pricing adjustments to PriceLabs.
+1We used them for pricing for 6 months on the plan that only charges you when they beat your previouse years revenue. We only payed them once🤷♂️. We canceled at the end of the contract especialy after they got kicked off of Airbnb because of being added as a co-Host.
We still use them to evaluate our ranking. I like the analytics they provide and potential solutions.
