Hi. I am very new to Booking.com and I find the platform to just be very confusing. I had one booking through Booking.com and they already stayed at my rental. I cannot figure out if they paid or not. The reservation just says “no payment on file”. I am set up with Booking.com payments but I’m not sure it was set up at the time of booking. I also tried to call customer service and I just get a message that says “down for maintenance”. I’m not sure what I do from here. 

Booking.com can be quite confusing. I would go to Finance > Payout Info > View payout statements on the group Extranet and then that should get you able to view everything. If you go to the Reservation Details under Reservations you should be able to see something like “Payment Status The guest paid for this reservation online. For more info, visit the Payments by Booking.com page.” Since phone lines are down, try the Extranet Inbox > Inbox messages > Get Help. You can also try to reach them via Booking.com Partner Help Center chat.


Thank you ​@Eli Stoughton! I see nothing at all under finance and I do not see that message on the reservation. I put in a message thru the extranet on Saturday. I’ll give it another day for a response. Grrrrr.
