Unfortunately Hospitable doesnt let you allocate cleaners to particular days for check out cleans. So for example, I have a cleaner who is available for two days a week and another one that is available the other 5. I cant automatically send all cleaning jobs on the two days a week to one and the rest go to the other.

But, I have been told that other platforms do this, like Turno.

Then when I investigated Turno, it became obvious that they will try to encourage my cleaners to go onto their marketplace - potentially poaching my very hard to find cleaners!  So no, I wont be using Turno.

I am now looking at Breezeway. Which costs $20 per month per property (first one free if you apply within hospitable).

Has anyone had experience with Breezeway?  Or is there anything else I should look at?

Thanks!

Jay

Hi Jay,

Breezeway has completely transformed our operations—I was just about to suggest it to you, and I’m thrilled to see you’ve already discovered it! I negotiated a great deal with them, getting the monthly fee down to just $9 per listing (I have six listings). How many do you manage?

It’s been incredibly helpful for tracking maintenance, ensuring tasks are completed, and even invoicing owners for any repairs. The efficiency gains have been massive!

We’ve also set up a detailed checklist for our housekeepers to follow after each clean, which has significantly improved our cleaning quality.

Once you get familiar with it, everything runs smoothly. I’d recommend booking a demo with their sales team—or if you’d like, I’d be happy to show you how we use it.

Thanks Ushir!

too late though, I’ve already taken the plunge. $19 for 2 properties. But another $19 if i want to add a third one. I’ll keep your pricing in mind.

I have to say though, i find their systems incredibly unintuitive. I have my proper induction tomorrow, but this website is not for the faint hearted. It’s hard work.

if the cleaner interface is anything like the back end I’ll be looking for somewhere else.

Fire your cleaner and find someone who is more available!   haha!   I’ve used FB to post for cleaners, which has worked out really well.   Find an STR FB group in your area and post the need for a cleaner.

One of the cleaners resigned and the other was happy to take her shifts so it’s all good my end now.

But, for the record, that’s almost impossible to find cleaners where we are.  35 minutes drive to the nearest town.  We are incredibly remote!
