We have a hot tub and I would LOVE to see anyone’s hot tub agreements and signage around hot tub. Looking for the proper terminology for the rental agreement and creative ways to have Hot tub rules hung.

+1We do not have a signed agreement or waiver for hot tubs. We have a 1 page “Rules” in welcome book/prestay guide that clearly states Owner is not liable and Same is posted on the hot tub. In 8 years and over 50 properties with hot tubs - never an issue.
