We had a guest that booked for 2 days and communicated well and gave a 5 star reveiw. However the left adult diapers laying around in 1 of the restrooms and broke a hinge on a cabinet door and took a pillow.

I dont want to give them a 5 star review but most important ly how do I let other hospital hosts know this is not a good guest?

Hello, @Mike M. I’m sorry you had to deal with that frustrating situation. 😔There isn’t a shared, public “guest blacklist” across all Hospitable users.

  • For Airbnb, your review is public on their profile -- leave an honest host review with an appropriate star rating. Check this article here: Leaving a bad review for a guest
  • Direct booking: You can leave a host review for the guest. Direct guest reviews are only visible to other Hospitable hosts when that same guest books or requests to book with them (it’s not public on the web). Article here: Leave and Receive Reviews for Direct Bookings

Lastly, you might want to consider our security deposit, which you can read over here: Hospitable Security Deposits: Overview. Hope this helps! 💜

Thank You Tle
