anyone else utilize QuickBooks without being a Mogul subscriber?  I am on the pro subscription and recently started quick books, of course you can not intergrade together unless you are a mogul subscriber.  I however find no issues.  seems to work pretty seamless as long as you are connected to your business checking.  What is the true benefit of Mogul to connect?

I think the primary benefit of having Mogul and QuickBooks is that it maps each transaction with a reservation and property. So if you had multiple properties all paying into the same bank account, it can become a huge mess to split things up into a “class” on QuickBooks. This can be solved wither either the Mogul plan, a point solution like Tallybreeze, or by having separate bank accounts for each property (some people will or won’t want to do this depending on their setup). The larger reason for using Mogul tends to be for Property Management Companies who will rely on the Owner Relations features: Owner’s Portal, Owner Statements & Invoices, Owner Payouts, Expense Management, Trust Accounting (which I think is still being developed), Split Payouts, and the new Property Manager Marketplace.
