We’ve noticed an uptick in reservation cancellations recently, some of them about 30 days before check in. These are mostly on Airbnb, where we have the Firm policy in place, we have this for VRBO as well. We’ve automated a message to politely ask why people cancel, is there anything else others are doing to reduce cancellations or any advice?
