send reservation confirmation

My guest has asked me to send a confirmation of his reservation. I have looked everywhere and couldn't find anything. I took a screenshot of the reservation and sent that to him but surely there is something more professional.

Usually, it is the best to use Messaging Rule to confirm the reservation. I see that you have the rule on (New Reservation), so a professional confirmation should already be in the thread. You can see all your sent emails under Event Messages Log, or in the inbox with the guest.

If you’d like to send it again, you can either send a one-off message using the same content as your rule, or tweak it slightly, for example:

Hi %guest_first_name%, your reservation is confirmed.

  • Confirmation: %reservation_code%
  • Property: %property_name%, %property_address%
  • Dates: %check_in_date% to %check_out_date% (check‑in from %check_in_time%)
  • Guests: %number_of_guests%
