send reservation confirmation

Usually, it is the best to use Messaging Rule to confirm the reservation. I see that you have the rule on (New Reservation), so a professional confirmation should already be in the thread. You can see all your sent emails under Event Messages Log, or in the inbox with the guest.

If you’d like to send it again, you can either send a one-off message using the same content as your rule, or tweak it slightly, for example:

Hi %guest_first_name%, your reservation is confirmed.

• Confirmation: %reservation_code%
• Property: %property_name%, %property_address%
• Dates: %check_in_date% to %check_out_date% (check‑in from %check_in_time%)
• Guests: %number_of_guests%

​@jen Chillinois River Resort - this is another great scenario where Guest Portal would be that single source of truth. Your guest would have ALL the information needed at their fingertips via the link. 

Ideally (and hopefully re-priortized) (cough ​@Tim Parry ) - they’d have their entire message history with you visible and any details about their reservation. 

This is basic now but has the potential to be SO MUCH MORE. Look at all that beautiful white space asking for juicy data (or modular blocks, right ​@Ryan Moyer )?
