I fired my property manager and found out that her listing of my property was suspended by Airbnb. I found out after listing the property myself after the change and received a message from Airbnb informing me they were taking down my listing saying I was circumventing their suspension.

I contacted Airbnb for an appeal letting them know that I didn’t know the listing was suspended because she never told me. The customer service team didn’t really understand and would not escalate to a manager. Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated.

I would appeal that and offer to submit a letter of termination for the PM. Ask for a senior support agent or case manager.

Hi,

Do you know the reason for the suspension?   If it’s due to poor reviews, incorrect listing information or frequent cancellations, you’re probably better off setting up an entirely new listing.

Take a look at the reviews on your listing profile, and search the inbox for messages from Airbnb.   If the listing was suspended, it was probably ranked fairly low on the search results prior to suspension, so may well be better just to start off with a fresh slate.

You should be able to escalate this on Airbnb. Try their social platforms like Instagram or Facebook and make a comment in one of their posts or private message them. You’ll get a live human replying to you
