If you are referring just to Airbnb, then likely what has happened is that some of your recent reservations where booked before the Host-Only Fee change and the fee was just 3% and then some were after the change where the fee is 15.5%. This is the case in most markets in the world. The channel service fees on Booking and VRBO are different from the Airbnb channel service fees as well.

Airbnb recently changed to a host-only fee for anyone using property management software. from the standard option of charging the guest a percentage and the host a percentage. Due to this, you will see an increased fee on the host side from Airbnb. I would guess that you are seeing the old price and the new price being charged to you.  Hospitable recently did an automatic rollout of pricing percentage increases so that guests using their software would not have a decrease in the amount of their payouts once this went into effect.
