I’m curious — what is currently your biggest challenge when it comes to managing turnovers?
Is it:
• Finding reliable cleaners
• Timing issues
• Quality consistency
• Communication
I’ve seen all of these come up in different properties.
Would love to hear your experience.
We have been hosting for about a year...and in our first 6 months we changed companies 3 times. What we have found the small husband and wife teams are the best, at first. When you find a good one, they grow in popularity and then they struggle with managing multiple houses.
We have also used a larger company that had a owner portal and a ton of documentation...we did not like that as much, as every cleaning was a different crew, and the results varied badly. Like not doing items that were non-negotiable.
