With the new upcoming Airbnb policy changes, this has caused me to re-assess my risks and liabilities. Up until now, I haven’t required Rental Agreements (with liability waiver clause inside). I realize this has been foolish, especially considering I have hot tubs and a pool. I have two STRs.
I’m curious if rental agreements are an industry-common thing to do for short term rentals?
Have you gotten push-back from guests?
If so, how did you handle it?
How are you going to handle this on Airbnb?
