Mostly I’ve been using it to answer guest questions.  A quest will send a question and I usually click the AI button to see what it says.  If it is a general question about something in a rental that can be found in the guidebook or other info related to the listing, 99% of the time it nails it perfectly, and I just click send. 

Other times, the question is a bit more nuanced or complex and I usually just quickly type my response with no regard for spelling, grammar, or tone and hit the button and AI provides a wonderful edit which I 99% of the time just hit send.

I need to look into how I can use AI in a more automated fashion. I think I would want to make sure that the guest knows that those responses are coming from AI to explain any weirdness or error in context, but also that I’m monitoring and can respond directly if I need to provide additional info or they have questions the AI can’t answer.  

I’m game to try anything!
