We have a large historic place that has STRs, as well as weddings, etc. I need help juggling the calendars and automating the processes as much as possible. Ideas?

Juggling them all at once can be stressful but here are some ideas:
1. Automate as much as possible: Take time and figure out what things can be automated without affecting the guest experience, try and see what works for you. These things might be for example, guests need to state what time they are coming, do they need parking, Wi-Fi ext.
2. Automating calendars: Having strong foundation regarding the length of stay or the price that you want to charge goes a long way.
3. Hiring a Co-Host: Hiring a VA or Co-Host might be a good idea in order to take some heavy lifting away from you, so you can for example focus on making memorable events and not answering future guests questions.
