I just added Turno to my Hospitable account. Will my cleaner from Turno automatically be added to my teammates in Hospitable?
No, your cleaner from Turno won’t automatically be added as a teammate in Hospitable. The integration between Hospitable and Turno is one-way—Hospitable sends booking data to Turno, allowing Turno to create cleaning projects. However, Turno does not send any data back to Hospitable.
If you want your cleaner to appear in Hospitable, you’ll need to manually add them as a Teammate in the Operations section.
If you'd like them to have login access, you can also set them up as a Secondary user.

To add to Mahmodul’s feedback, you’ll also need to assign them to the specific listing(s) that they will be assigned to. Also, they’ll need to add their banking info into Turno, which a lot of cleaners aren’t real keen on. The upside is that they are paid automatically by Turno, so no more making manual payments. (Turno takes their cut, of course!)
I really like the Cleaning checklist functionality in Turno, which allows you to customize cleaning requirements by property, as well as allows cleaners to report any issues with the listing within Turno, so you can easily track issues (maintenance needs, etc) across multiple listings.
