With 4 units on the same property you need someone who can step in, understand how the platform connects your listings, automates your guest journey, and keeps everything synchronized without you having to explain the basics first.

I am an experienced, hospitable co-host with hands-on daily experience managing guest communications, calendars, pricing, and automation across multiple listings simultaneously on the platform. I understand Airbnb and VRBO integrations through Hospitable inside and out, including how to set up automated messaging sequences, sync calendars correctly across channels, configure pricing rules, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks across all 4 of your units. My average response time to guest inquiries is 1 to 5 minutes, so your guests are never left waiting regardless of what time they reach out.

One thing I do that most co-hosts overlook is actively managing orphan gaps in the calendar. When a gap night appears between two bookings that is too short to attract a standard reservation, I do not just leave it empty. I either offer a targeted discount to the existing guest checking in before or after the gap to extend their stay and fill it or I reach out proactively to recent inquiries with a short stay discount specifically for that window. I know you've had a lot of responses already, but in case you haven't found the right fit — throwing my hat in the ring.

I own and self-manage 3 properties and co-host 2 more, so it's a small enough operation that I actually have time to help other hosts rather than farm it out. I do one-off setup work (getting your listing running exactly the way you want it - one off fee) and ongoing co-hosting support.

A few things that might differ from other offers in this thread:

• All my properties run smart lock and thermostat automation, so I'm not learning that on your account — I already run it daily.
