I just set up the channels for my two properties on AirBnB and VRBO and they seem to be correct.  But I just got a booking today from AirBnB for one of the properties but it is already booked on VRBO!!  So now I have a double booking.

Any ideas how I clear this issue up??

I recommend explaining to one of the guests and see if they are willing to cancel, since if you cancel you may get penalized by the OTC. Support may or may not be helpful. Probably the latter.
