 wanted to reach out and let you know that I am very disappointed with the level of service I've received from Hospitable.

I made the switch from OwnerRez in January after one of my co-hosts, highly recommended your company. I also paid for onboarding services, but I never received all of the promised follow-up emails or recordings from those sessions. Because of this, I have already downgraded my account.

At this point, I feel like I am unable to use Hospitable to its full potential because I cannot get answers to my questions or receive timely support. I currently have an open support chat that was started on June 15, 2026, and I still have not received a resolution. I have also requested an additional onboarding or training call to help bridge the gaps, but that request was denied.

I have been a customer since January, and it seems every time I have an issue it takes several days to get any kind of response. Does everyone else have these same issues? I’m considering switching PM sites again.
