If you’re new to Hospitable or still exploring the platform, we offer optional onboarding sessions to help you get set up faster and with more confidence.

Here’s what’s available, whether you’re in a trial or already a customer.

We encourage all customers to follow these Getting Started steps.

🟣 Free Orientation

  • For new or existing customers (must be on a paid plan)
  • One x 30-minute 1:1 training call with a Customer Onboarding Specialist
  • We’ll give a general overview of what features you have not implemented and address any high priority items you bring to the call
  • Not for escalated support or troubleshooting

💜 Rapid Rollout (for new customers)

  • A structured onboarding program: 3 calls, approximately 3.5 hours of live training and setup for $500
  • Led by a Customer Onboarding Specialist, following a proven setup flow that helps you get fully configured and live, step by step

💜 Rapid Refresh (for existing customers)

  • A more flexible paid option if you want deeper guidance
  • Minimum 2 hours @ $100/hour
  • You bring the topics, we help work through them with you
