How did you train your cleaners on Hospitable?

Love this question. My cleaners are at best barely using the app because they don’t know how to navigate it. The March 4 townhall had the best walkthrough so I sent that to one tech savvy cleaner telling her which minutes to watch, but I wish there was a video for cleaners. 

I’m attaching that Town Hall here too, in case it would be helpful. 💜 

I’ll see if there’s anything we can do about the video. The tricky thing with video content is that it can become outdated fairly quickly as we continuously improve and update the product. Because of that, we primarily focus on keeping our Help Articles up to date, as they’re much easier to maintain and ensure accuracy over time.

Is there any plan for being able to send messages to whatsapp instead of just text and/or email? All my cleaners use whatsapp regularly. they do not use text or email at all.

It would be nice if a member of your staff would hold regular onboarding for housekeeping staff.  With different language options.
