Issues with properties not connecting to airbnb and vrbo and not getting much help from support.

I transferred over to Hospitable two months.   I’ve recently realized there have been some major issues with connecting to airbnb and Vrbo.  My calendars are not syncing and I’m not getting much help from support.  There are just emails back and forth for a week now and it's completely unacceptable that it should take this long to figure out the situation.  Additionally, today I guest requested to add a pet to their reservation and that as well is not syncing.  How do I get help besides just emailing back and forth to fix these issues?

Jon, I’m having a nightmare with the new integration - in fact, it’s so bad that people cannot book with me through VRBO at all. I’ve been on the phone for hours.  VRBO says the issue is not on their end, Hospitable isn’t responding to my upgraded paid support messages, and there is no option to delete the integration from the Hospitable end. I just lost a $2k booking because the guest got frustrated and gave up.  I’m at a complete loss and just want the integration deleted.  I’m also unable to run promotional deals or anything on Hospitable or VRBO now. And I can’t delete the integration from the Hospitable end.  So, I’m currently on hold (hour 3) of trying to see if VRBO can help me disconnect.  I wish I could offer suggestions but right now, the best thing seems to be disconnection.
