I’m hitting a roadblock and hoping someone here has found a workaround.
I have multiple Airbnb and Vrbo listings connected to Hospitable (7 total). One of the properties is different because I only rent it as a monthly rental. I still want it advertised on both Airbnb and Vrbo, but I do not need to manage it through Hospitable since I’m not using automated messaging, pricing tools, or short-term rental features for this property.
My goal is:
- Keep the property live on Airbnb and Vrbo
- Keep managing it directly through those platforms
- Have it muted in Hospitable so it is not managed/billed there
This works perfectly with the same property on Airbnb — I can mute it in Hospitable while keeping the Airbnb listing active. However, I cannot get the Vrbo version to do the same thing.
Whenever I try to adjust it, Vrbo seems to require the Hospitable connection to remain active, and I only see options that would disconnect all Vrbo listings instead of just this one.
Has anyone dealt with this with a Vrbo Partner Connection? Is there a property-level workaround, or is this just a limitation of the Vrbo integration?
Any advice would be appreciated!
